Sometimes, we cannot express in words something wondrous to us. We long to voice our thoughts, but nothing will escape our lips. In these cases, many turn to music.
Resurrection Sunday is one of those days when it is hard to explain why we celebrate in words. How can we thank Jesus enough for coming down from Heaven and dying a horrible death for our sins? There is just no way we can.
Even all eternity will not be enough to give Him all the praise He deserves.
To word our thanks, we can turn to music.
Today, I would like to challenge you to find some time over the next three days. Make sure it’s a time when you can be alone. Just Jesus and you.
Sing to Him songs of praise and worship. Pray and spend time in His Word. Remember the wonderful things He has done for us.
